EasyVet is a shop-management application for clothing stores, operated by Softwerify Labs LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
When an account is created, we collect the owner name, shop name, phone number, shop address, account identifier and password. Passwords are transmitted over HTTPS and stored only as a secure hash.
To prevent unauthorized account sharing, the app collects an app-scoped device identifier (Android ID on Android, or the iOS vendor identifier on iOS). If you allow notifications, the app also collects a push-notification token.
To provide the shop-management service, we collect the business content you choose to enter or upload: product names, categories, product photos, barcodes, stock quantities, purchase and selling prices, supplier details, purchases and supplier payments, sales, returns, exchanges, expenses, cash-fund records, and employee account details. This includes financial and other user-generated business data.
We use this information for account management and security, login, subscription access, offline operation, secure synchronization between your device and our server, inventory and cash calculations, and customer support. Product photos are used only to display the relevant product. Push tokens are used only to deliver announcements and shop activity notifications. Your data is not sold or used for advertising, profiling, or marketing by third parties.
EasyVet keeps business data on your device so the app can continue to work without internet access. When a connection is available, it synchronizes the data with our server for backup and use across authorized devices.
If you allow notifications, EasyVet registers a push-notification token with our server and uses Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver the notification. We use hosting, database, image-storage, Expo, and Firebase service providers solely to operate EasyVet on our behalf. WhatsApp and Telegram are optional external communication services; their own privacy policies apply when you choose to open them.
All app-to-server data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and retain it while your shop account is active, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
To delete your business data but keep your EasyVet account, sign in to the app, open Paramètres, select Réinitialiser, and confirm with your password. This permanently deletes products, categories, product photos, purchases, suppliers, supplier payments, sales, returns, exchanges, expenses, and cash-fund records from the app and server. Employee accounts and your EasyVet account are kept.
To request permanent deletion, open the WhatsApp link below and send us the phone number registered with EasyVet together with the message “Delete my EasyVet account”. We permanently delete your shop account, device binding, product photos, products, categories, purchases, suppliers, supplier payments, sales, returns, exchanges, expenses, cash-fund records, and employee accounts. Deletion is irreversible. We retain only information that we are legally required to keep, for the minimum required period.
